No. If you already have a domain name, we can usually use it directly. If you do not have one yet, we first discuss which domain name is suitable and how you can register it.
Does this work with Microsoft 365?+
Yes. We configure Microsoft 365 and connect your business mailbox to your own domain name. Complete Business Email costs €995 excl. VAT (€1,203.95 incl. VAT), one-time; you pay the Microsoft 365 subscription yourself each month.
Can I get multiple mailboxes?+
Yes. For the first customers, we set up up to 5 business mailboxes where needed. More mailboxes or users are discussed separately upfront.
Can my existing email be preserved?+
Often yes. Moving existing email depends on your current provider and the amount of data. We check this first; any migration costs are discussed upfront.
How quickly can it be ready?+
An email setup can often be completed within one working day once all required details and access are available. We confirm the planning after reviewing your request.
What if my domain is hosted elsewhere?+
That is usually not a problem. We can work with almost every common domain provider. Your domain name normally does not need to be transferred.
